Refund policy

It is hoped that you are satisfied with your purchase however if you wish to return your item there is a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging and return shipping is at the sender's cost.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Farranamoreen, Glasson, Co. Westmeath, N37TY40. You will be refunded the product value, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and make contact  immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returns on personalized or custom orders cannot be accepted. Please check the details you submit for any product that has personalization. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
