'Tree of Life'- Clay Wall Art with Mixed Semi-Precious Crystals

The Tree of Life symbol is one used by many cultures throughout the world.

The Celtic Tree of Life or Crann Bethadh is one of Ireland's most recognisable symbols. The Celts would plant an Oak tree in the centre of a community around which everything revolved. They believed in the connection between human-kind and nature and that trees were a link with the spiritual world.

I have used a mix of different semi-precious crystals such as lapis lazuli, amethyst, carnelian, tiger's eye, red jasper, rose quartz and aventurine along with clay sculpted leaves. Another prolific Celtic symbol is the spiral which I use along the trunk.

A lovely gift often given to those starting new ventures, new home, family or those interested in mythology and traditions of this unique symbol.
